1. Acceptance of terms and scope

By accessing and using the EC Wigs website (https://ecwig.com/), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and all other operational policies (including Shipping, Return & Refund, and Payment Policies).

These terms govern two distinct segments:

  • B2C (Business-to-Consumer): Direct retail transactions with individual customers (“Customer”).
  • B2B (Business-to-Business): Wholesale transactions with business partners (“Client” or “Wholesale Partner”).

2. Products and usage

EC Wigs offers premium synthetic wig products and accessories (“Products”).

2.1 Product accuracy & synthetic nature

We strive for the most accurate description and visual representation of our products. However, the customer/client acknowledges that:

  • Minor variations in color or style may occur due to manufacturing tolerances or individual screen settings.
  • All products are synthetic, meaning they have specific limitations regarding heat styling, dyeing, and chemical treatment, which are detailed in the product instructions and warranty policy.

2.2 B2C pricing

All prices displayed on the public Shop Wigs section are the final retail prices and are subject to change without notice.

2.3 B2B pricing

Product prices for wholesale partners are not displayed publicly. All wholesale pricing is determined through the formal Request for Quotation (RFQ) or access to the Wholesale Portal after account approval.

3. Order placement and acceptance

3.1 B2C retail orders

The order is confirmed immediately upon successful payment through the checkout process. EC Wigs reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.

3.2 B2B wholesale orders (RFQ Process)

  • RFQ: The client submits a request detailing volume and product type. Submitting an RFQ does not obligate purchase.
  • Quotation: EC Wigs issues a formal, written quotation detailing terms, specifications, pricing, and estimated delivery.
  • Order acceptance: The sales contract is formed only when EC Wigs issues a written acceptance of the Client’s Purchase Order (PO), based on the quotation terms.

4. Payment terms

4.1 B2C payment

Acceptable methods include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other local electronic payment methods available at checkout. Payment is required 100% upfront.

4.2 B2B payment

Payment methods (e.g., bank transfer/wire, specific B2B platforms) and specific payment terms (e.g., deposit, installment, Net 30 days) will be clearly stipulated in the final quotation and order confirmation.

4.3 Third-party processors

All transactions processed via third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) are governed by the provider’s own terms and conditions. EC Wigs does not handle or store sensitive financial data.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

The policies below are integral to these terms and apply differently based on the customer segment:

  • Shipping policy: Details concerning shipping responsibilities, costs, global delivery timelines, and liability for customs/duties are outlined in our dedicated Shipping Policy. (Note: The Customer/Client is generally responsible for all import duties and local taxes.)
  • Return & refund policy: B2C terms are consumer-friendly (e.g., 7-14 day return window). B2B terms are strictly applied to manufacturing defects in bulk orders and may involve restocking fees. Refer to the dedicated Return & Refund Policy for details.
  • Title and risk of loss: Title and risk of loss for all products transfer to the customer/client upon shipment, according to the agreed-upon Incoterm® specified in the PO (B2B) or standard shipping terms (B2C).

6. Intellectual property (IP) and content usage

All content on the Website, including designs, logos, product images, videos, and text, is the exclusive property of EC Wigs.

  • Retail use (B2C): Customers may not reproduce or use the content for commercial purposes.
  • Wholesale use (B2B): Wholesale partners are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use EC Wigs’s product images and descriptions only for the purpose of reselling EC Wigs products, subject to a separate written agreement.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and its products are provided on an “as is” basis. EC Wigs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible by law.

EC Wigs’s maximum liability for any claim shall be limited to the value paid for the specific product or contract under dispute. EC Wigs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products, especially damages resulting from misuse (e.g., using excessive heat on synthetic fibers).

8. Changes to terms

EC Wigs reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated via the website or email and will be effective immediately upon posting.
