EC Wigs offers secure and convenient payment methods, along with flexible terms, to meet the needs of our individual customers (B2C) and wholesale partners (B2B) globally.

1. Payment methods accepted

We accept a range of secure payment methods, categorized by customer segment:

Accepted for both retail purchases and wholesale transactions. Transactions are subject to PayPal’s own terms and Buyer/Seller Protection Policies.

International bank transfer (wire transfer)

B2B (Wholesale)

The preferred method for bulk orders. Account details will be provided directly on the Proforma Invoice.

2. Payment terms

Payment terms differ significantly between retail and wholesale transactions.

A. B2C retail orders (shop wigs)

  • Payment Requirement: Full payment (100% upfront) is required at the time of checkout to confirm and process the retail order.

B. B2B wholesale orders (wholesale portal)

All B2B terms are agreed upon during the formal quotation process and documented in the official Purchase Order (PO) confirmation.

  • New clients (initial orders): To establish a business relationship, new partners typically require a full upfront payment (100% deposit) before order processing begins.
  • Established partners/large-value orders: We offer flexible terms, which may include:
    • Partial deposits: A deposit (e.g., a defined percentage) is required upfront, with the remaining balance due before shipment.
    • Post-delivery terms (Net terms): For highly established, long-term partners, negotiated terms such as Net 15 or Net 30 may be considered, subject to credit approval and mutual agreement.

3. Payment processing and currency

  • Payment currency: All transactions must be completed in the currency specified on the invoice (typically USD).
  • Proof of payment (B2B): For international bank transfers, the client is required to provide clear proof of payment (SWIFT confirmation) to facilitate the prompt processing of the order and production schedule.
  • Third-party processor disclosures: We do not handle or store sensitive financial data. Any terms regarding installment plans, interest rates, or credit approval (e.g., PayPal Later) are managed exclusively between the customer/client and the third-party provider.
